Getting to know her.

Just a short biography from Yam. 

She is Loraine May Concepcion known as "Yam Concepcion" as her nickname given by her mom. She was born on May 27, 1989. Graduated "Multimedia" in De La Salle College of St. Benilde last 2008.  She only have 1 brother, Ced Concepcion.

Yam is a former drummer of Ursa Minor band. Quite cute isn't it? A sexy young girl is a drummer. ( I find it cute. Cause I am a frustrated drummer. Mehehe.) Yam knows to play Ukelele. Every time she had mall shows she used to play Uke. And of course Yam can sing. Also she can paint, express whatever she want from paintings. ( We can show you some of her art works.)   

"Apart from making her own music, Yam has also been featured in two lovely music videos—the first was in Mayonnaise's “Sinungaling” and just recently, she was handpicked to play the love interest in JC Regino's newest single, “ Ang Buhay Ko'y Para Sa'yo” Our Anjanette Abayari look-alike has been one of the few babes who graced Maxim in their February 2010 issue. She has also been awarded the 2009 Rock Vixen to watch out for and was a Pulp Magazine's featured artist. If that doesn't assure you of her flair, Yam Concepcion is a true-blooded Viva artist aimed only to give the best performance in any field imaginable—may it be kicking ass in drumming and exhibiting her rocker talent, she's also more than fit to host, sing, dance for your entertainment. -- Viva Ent.

Yam Concepcion used to play the drums for the band Ursa Minor. She also appeared on the Mayonnaise's "Sinungaling" music video.
